They provide sales service and inventory that is incredible. Dale Condra has completely changed the course of this dealership over its previous owner. Living in Mccomb Mississippi I have the option of shopping with 5 different dealers within a 100 miles. I choose to use Warhawk Harley which is 180 miles from my home.   • "Emailed the dealership about a 2018 Tri Glide, Emily got back with me first thing the next business day. She told me all about her bike, I told her about my trade and where I needed to be on a note, within two hours she called me back with a deal. She was a few dollars off on the monthly note and I told her I had to be at the note I had previously told her. She informed me it was no problem to come get my new bike. Was going to be a couple days before I could get to the dealer, and she kept in contact the whole time. Answering any and every question I had. I called her about an hour and a half before getting to the dealership, and upon arrival my new bike was already in front and we were greeted in the parking lot by Kevin. He immediately took us inside and introduced us to Emily and began the paperwork. While finance was getting our paperwork together we were given a tour of the entire store and introduced to all the employees. We were in finance about five minutes and upon leaving out of the finance office the store owner greeted us. We were in and out in about an hour. All in all it was a five star experience. We have found our new favorite dealership."

  • "Back in 2015 we were passing through on our way to FL. we got to Monroe about 5 min before Bleu Bayou was closing. we called ahead and the staff agreed to stay open just for us to buy a few shirts an poker chips. the Staff there truly care about customer service.
    We plan to stop in this year on the way back to FL."

Now for the praises, service department went above and beyond customer service. My *Betty" needed a replacement rocker box and as it would happen there were none in stock..no worries, Jason Taylot and another tech did me a solid..had a one of thier own and is getting my girl on the road later this evening..its 845pm Great work and as a traveling rider your the best in customer service..by the way, I'm also an employee for Quaid Harley-Davidson in Loma linda , ca.   • "I purchased my first bike from Bleu Bayou in 2004. I had an OK experience with that sale ,but never really felt like my business was really appreciated. I swore I would never buy another bike there, and actually purchased two elsewhere after that. In 2012 I was ready to trade again and was told that Bleu Bayou had changed management and that should at least go talk them. So I did, and rodeaway with a new CVO Ultra. And now have gone back and purchased yet another one. I never even priced the bike at another dealership. I am sure I could have went somewhere and done a little old fashion horse trading and saved a little. It means a lot to me to,do business with anyone that truly has respect for their customers. It has simply been amazing to see the transformation from the dealership in 2004 that it has become today.

    All I can say is " Congradulation to every one that has been a part of the new Bleu Bayou""

  • "I can't say enough about the pleasurable experience when walking into the door at this dealer. From the minute you walk in you are made to feel like family and you just came home. I have not met anyone at this dealer that made you feel pressured, uncomfortable or that you were just another sale. I came into the dealer almost every week for 7 months before I made my purchase and not once was I made to feel like a waste of time or unwelcomed. I can honestly say that this is by far the best HD Dealership I have every been to and I have been to plenty, from just looking to renting a ride. The people here do not try to sell you a bike just to make a sale but they do go out of their way to help you "purchase your dreams."From sales to finance, from service to clothing this is by far a "head above the rest" dealership and I will say that it has a lot to say about the management and leadership team. I tell everyone I meet that if they are remotely interested in a new or even used bike that they owe it to theirselves to check these folks out first. Go in, say hi, have a cup of coffee or a soda.
